We understand this business from the inside out because our founder and president, Linda Sullivan, is an experienced medical transcriptionist. A past president of the Pine Tree Chapter of the American Association for Medical Transcription (now named AHDI), Linda was instrumental in forming that chapter in Maine in 1995. She is also past president of the New England Association for Medical Transcription and a member of the Women Presidents' Organization.

Her relationship with AHDI has fostered and solidified a commitment to the highest quality transcription product and is the foundation of NEMT's well-deserved reputation in the industry.

NEMT is a corporate member of AHDI and the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance, a consortium of medical transcription services. NEMT abides by and supports the MTIA Code of Ethics as well as the MTIA Billing Method Principles.
